    Description

    Up for sale is a Franklin Gallery "Songbirds of the World" framed and matted engraving of the European Goldfinch.
    According the the certification of authenticity on the back of the piece, it "is an original color engraving created by Robin, hand-engraved by Yves Beaujard and issued by the Franklin Gallery."
    It was printed in 1980 and it stands approximately 8.25 inches tall and 7 inches wide in its wooden frame.  It has been displayed and is no longer with its original bags and Styrofoam box. I believe this is from a set of 8 color bird engravings issued by The Franklin Gallery that were each drawn by Robin Hill and engraved by Yves Beaujard.
    It is in very good condition with little wear from being displayed.
